How does the free trial work?
Builder starts with a 7-day free trial. You pick the plan, create your workspace, and connect a source — nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel from billing any time in those seven days and you are not billed. If you stay, Builder is $29 a month.
What happens to my record if I cancel?
It stays readable. Tools, findings, the Map, runbooks and history remain visible to you permanently — a product whose whole claim is that it keeps what you built cannot take it away. What stops is GREPHT adding to it: no new learning, no MCP writes, and monitoring stops.
Does GREPHT charge for every tool or automation?
No. GREPHT gets more useful when it understands more of what you build. Paid plans are based primarily on the team using GREPHT, not the number of tools it learns.
Is Ask GREPHT included?
Yes. GREPHT's core intelligence is included in every paid plan, subject to reasonable usage limits.
How is Trace different, and who gets it?
Ask GREPHT answers a question from your record. Trace works the record — many lookups, following what it finds, then a written analysis with every step shown. It is included in Business, and Team workspaces can add it for $79 a month.
Do I need to be an engineer to use GREPHT?
No. GREPHT is for anyone whose work now includes building and keeping something running — an automation, an internal app, an agent. The people who need it most are often the ones without an engineering team behind them.
Which connectors are included?
Standard supported connectors are included across paid plans. Connectors appear here once they are available.
What counts as a person?
A person is a member with access to the GREPHT workspace.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Plan changes are managed from GREPHT billing using Stripe's secure billing flows.
What if we're bigger than 50 people?
Talk to us. Business is the top published plan; anything larger is a conversation about your requirements, not a different product.
